VITAMIN E

Vitamin H, also known as Biotin or Vitamin B7, is a water-soluble vitamin that acts as an essential cofactor for enzymes that regulate fatty acid metabolism. A deficiency of Vitamin H causes hair loss. In infants, biotin deficiency manifests as “cradle cap” or scaly dermatitis of the scalp. Biotin deficiency can be a cause of dandruff  for some people.
