If the formula becomes thick, put the bottle in hot water for a few minutes.
1) Apply two to three times a week to dry or wet hair, starting at the roots.
If your hair or scalp needs more care, apply daily for three consecutive months.
Apply it generously to your scalp by using your fingertips to massage it into the skin, running your fingers through the hair and massaging the scalp at the same time.
(You'll probably notice after a while that your fingernails will strengthen as well).
2) Leave it on for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
3) Wash your hair TWICE with a good cleansing shampoo. No need to apply hair conditioner.
BE PATIENT. It will take time to notice the full effect. If you miss a day, that's okay, do your best to keep using the Boost as often as possible.
